When will I be charged?
You will be charged immediately after confirming your payment at checkout. Once your payment is verified, your order is placed with our partner bakeshop.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, your order will not be placed and you won’t be charged. You can try again with the same or a different payment method. If the issue persists, please contact our support team.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Currently, we only accept online payments to ensure faster order confirmation and a smooth experience for both you and our partner bakeshops. We plan to add more payment options in the future.
Do you accept installment payments?
We do not currently support installment plans. However, if your credit card issuer offers installment conversion on your transactions, you may contact them to convert your purchase.
